If for any reason you are not happy with your Verdigris purchase, please read our returns policy below and email us at info@verdigriscollection.com .
- Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
- You may return the unused item to us for store credit only.
- We will only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered.
- Goods must be in their original packaging.
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged.
- Sale merchandise or with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Holiday & Seasonal merchandise is FINAL SALE.
- There are no returns, exchanges, or store credits for custom or special order items.
- Customer ARE RESPONSIBLE for the shipping costs for returning their items.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Verdigris reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
- Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receipt of return package.
