IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Because you were able to see the fabric, feel and try on items in-store any
Returns & Exchanges must be made within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt for store credit only!

No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. Returned items must be unused & unworn with price tags intact.

Special orders, 50% OFF & Holiday items are FINAL SALE & cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Please note that dye lots vary on all block printed goods and small imperfections may occur. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your Verdigris purchase, please read our returns policy below and email info@verdigriscolletion.com.

  • Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.You may return the unused item to us for store credit only.
  • We will only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered. Goods must be in their original packaging. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged.
  • Sale merchandise or with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned.Holiday & Seasonal merchandise is FINAL SALE.
  • There are no returns, exchanges, or store credits for custom or special order items.
  • Customers ARE RESPONSIBLE for the shipping costs for returning their items.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Verdigris reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receipt of return package.

Defective & Damaged Items

Please email info@verdigriscollection.com and we will work with you to replace your damaged or defective item.
